摘要
公文筐测试是评价中心技术的重要手段之一。本文通过阐述和剖析公文筐测试在企业选拔管理者中的现状和应用,提出了相应的对策建议,如量身定制公文筐测试题、采用现代办公技术与标准化的评分体系相结合、完善公文筐测试技术和扩大其应用范围等,以期降低招聘和选拔成本,实现企业选拔中高层管理人员的有效性,实现企业和员工真正的双赢。
In-Basket Test is one of the important means of assessment center. This article elaborates and analyzes the application of in-basket test selection in enterprise management nowadays, putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as combination of customized basket evaluation, modern office technology and standardized scoring system. These strategies can reduce the cost of recruitment and selection, increasing the effectiveness of enterprise selection in the senior management.
