我国目前处在突发公共事件的高发时期,灾害对人们生命财产的威胁日益严重,而救援物资应急调度是防灾减灾的关键环节。本文就突发事件及其应急物资调度的研究进行了介绍,并提出了相应的改进方向。通过该研究对协调城市社会发展二元矛盾,塑造新型和谐社会关系具有现实意义和长期的战略性意义。

China is in a peak time of public emergencies. Disasters are increasingly serious threat to the conditions of people＇s lives. Emergency relief material dispatching is the key link to disaster prevention and reduction. The paper presents emergency and emergency material dispatching research, and puts forward the corresponding improving direction. The research has practical and long-term strategic significance for coordinating dual contradiction of urban social development and creating new harmonious society relations.
