基于“双体互动”的产学研培养模式的创新与实践——以上海电力学院为例

摘要 产学研培养在应用型人才培养中的作用日益凸显,但在学习自主性和个性化培养方面存在不足。文章提出"双体互动"的理念,通过学习共同体和企业联合体的建设和互动来解决该问题。分析了"双体互动"产学研培养模式的概念和特征,介绍了该校产学研培养的主要实施过程以及形成的学生成果。认为该模式能够实现校企双赢,经验能够为其他高校借鉴。 Industry-Academia-Research training model plays an important role in applied talents training. However, deficiencies exist especially in learning autonomy and personalized training. This paper brings forward the concept of construction and interaction of learning communities and business alliance to solve above problems. The author analyzes concepts and features of the training model of two-body interaction firstly, then introduces the detailed implementation process of shanghai university of electric power and student outcomes. Finally, the paper concludes that win-win ensued through the training model based on "two body interaction".
