摘要
目的:探讨暴力行为处理技巧培训对精神科护士焦虑情绪的影响。方法:对35名精神科护士进行暴力行为处理技巧培训,采用状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)对本组护士培训前后情绪状态进行调查比较。结果:本组护士培训后正性情绪总分、负性情绪总分及焦虑情绪评分与培训前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:暴力行为处理技巧培训可有效改善精神科护士的焦虑状态,值得临床推广。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of training on the skill of handling violent behavior on anxiety of nurses in the department of psychiatry. Methods ：35 nurses in the department of psychiatry received training on the skill of handling violent behavior. Then the State - Trait Anxiety Inventory （ STAI } was used to investigate and compare the emotional state of the nurses before and after the training. Re- suits：The differences in the comparison of the scores of positive and negative emotion and anxiety score were statistically significant after and before the training （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01}. Conclusion：The training on the skill of handling violent behavior can effectively alleviate anxiety of nurses in the department of psychiatry.
