围术期护理在冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用及效果观察

Application of perioperative nursing care in the interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease and observation on the curative effect

目的:探讨围术期护理在冠心病患者介入治疗中的应用及临床效果。方法:对66例冠心病行介入治疗患者给予精心围术期护理,包括术前护理(心理护理、预防心肌梗死、术前准备)和术后护理(密切观察病情、心功能监测、健康宣教)。结果:本组66例均手术成功,住院7～15 d痊愈出院。术后发生严重心律失常5例,低血压2例,经对症处理均好转出院。随访1年,超声心动图未发现复发,心功能恢复至Ⅱ级以上。结论:围术期护理可提高冠心病患者介入治疗成功率、减少并发症发生。

Objective：To discuss the application of perioperative nursing care in the interventional therapy of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and its clinical effect. Methods ：66 patients who received interventional therapy were given careful perioperative nurs- ing care, including preoperative nursing care （ psychological care, prevention of myocardial infarction, preoperative preparation } and postop- erative nursing care （close observation of patient＇s condition, cardiac function monitoring and health education ）. Results：All operations were successful. The patients were cured and discharged from hospital after hospitalization for 7 to 15 days. The postoperative severe ar- rhythmia occurred in 5 patients,hypotension in 2 patients and the patients got improvement after symptomatic treatment. According to the follow - up for one year, ECG diagnosis showed no recurrence in these patients and the restoration of cardiac function reached or was above grade II. Conclusion：The perioperative nursing care can improve the success rate and decrease the complications in the interventional ther- apy of patients with coronary heart disease.
