摘要
分析了俄罗斯铁道车辆生产中使用高强度钢的可行性。对俄罗斯国内外有关钢材进行了比较,提出了采用高强度钢可行性论证的方法。
The feasibility of applying high strength steel in the production of rolling stock in Russia is analyzed. The steel inside Russia and the steel outside Russia are compared. The method of feasibility demonstration on application of high strength steel is given.
