摘要 为了改善铝粉表面易氧化问题,采用置换反应对铝粉表面进行化学镀银,制备出包覆致密完整的镀银铝粉。利用扫描电子显微镜、X-射线能量色散光谱仪对粉体表面形貌及成分进行分析,利用析氢曲线分析粉体的包覆完整性。结果表明,铝粉表面包覆一层致密的银镀层。研究了镀液pH及NH4F质量浓度对粉体性能的影响,表明在接近中性条件下可以获得包覆完整的复合粉体,粉体银的质量随NH4F质量浓度增加而提高,随后缓慢下降。 In order to improve oxidation resistance of aluminum powder, Ag/A1 composite powder was pre- pared by replacement reaction. Surface morphology and component of the composite powder were investi- gated by SEM and EDX respectively. And the powder coating integrity was analyzed by hydrogen evolution curves. Results show that the aluminum powder was coated with a layer of dense silver coating. And effects of pH value and NH4F concentration on the powder performance were also discussed. Results showed that the dense coating could be obtained in near-neutral condition and the silver content was increased firstly and then declined slowly with the increasing of NH4 F concentration.
