摘要
采用硫酸铜点滴和盐水浸泡试验,应用极化曲线和交流阻抗测试等方法对比研究了经硅烷化处理和磷化处理后A3钢的耐蚀性能。结果表明,经硅烷化处理后试片的耐蚀性能明显优于磷化膜。金属材料表面硅烷化处理方法有望替代污染严重的传统磷化工艺。
Corrosion resistance of A3 steel treated by silanization and phosphating were investigated by using CuSO4 dropping, immersion of salt solution,linear polarization and EIS methods etc. Results showed that corrosion resistant of steel treated by silanization was obviously greater than that by phosphating. So the silanization method could be used as the replacement of traditional phosphating method because of the pollution problem.
