摘要
应用原位显色法研究了不同施肥处理下马尾松幼苗根际pH值及Eh的变化。结果表明:施磷肥马尾松幼苗苗木质量较好,苗高、地径分别达到8.08 cm及1.38 mm,根系发达,侧须根较多,根表面积大,且施磷肥根际土壤pH值变化较大,变化范围宽,下降快,10 h时从6.0下降到5.2,关于MnO2的Eh变化不明显;而施氮肥则相反,苗木质量较差,侧须根不发达,主根长,为7.47 cm,根表面积小,pH值变化范围窄,变化缓慢,高锰酸钾显色法研究结果表明施氮肥苗木根际范围内褪色,为还原态。
The changes of rhizosphere pH and Eh of Pinus massoniana seedlings were investigated with different treatments and by means of in situ chromogenic method. The results show that the quality of the seedlings treated by phosphate fertilizer was better than other fertilizers, the values of highness and diameter were 8.08 cm and 1.38 mm, the root-system grew rapidly, there were a lots of side fibre, and the root surface area was big. And the phosphate fertilizer made a remarkably changing of rhizosphere pH value, from 6.0 to 5.2 after 10 hours. The diversification of Eh about MnO2 was not clearly; while Pinus massoniana seedlings treated by nitrogen fertilizer reversed the front.
