摘要 对毛竹和慈竹在气干过程中和物理特征进行了检测研究。研究结果表明:在气干过程前期,毛竹与慈竹的重量、竹壁厚度变化较大,在干燥后期则变化很小,毛竹内部水分蒸发比较平稳,慈竹内部水分蒸发的阶段性变化较明显,慈竹在厚度方向的收缩比毛竹大,且竹材的收缩在干燥开始阶段(高含水率状态)即已发生。在气干过程中,两种竹材的直径变化均很小,毛竹直径的变化比较平缓,慈竹直径的变化则在干燥前期较大,干燥后期很小,总体上毛竹直径的变化率稍大于慈竹,由于圆竹直径变化较小,圆竹气干不易发生开裂。 The physical properties of Phyllostachys pubescens and Sinocalamus affinis, in the process of air drying, were tested and researched. The research results show that the changes of the bamboo weight and bamboo wall thickness were larger in the earlier stage of air drying, but smaller in the later stage of air drying; the moisture in Phyllostachys pubescens evaporated steadily, but the water evaporation of Sinocalamus affinis evidently changed with characteristics of stage, at the same time, the shrink of Sinocalamus affinis, in the thickness direction, was larger than Phyllostachys pubescens, in addition, the bamboo wood in high moisture content state had been shrunk in the beginning stage of air drying. In the process of air-drying the diameters of two kinds of bamboo changed very small, the change of the diameter of Phyllostachys pubescens was more smooth and steady, while that of Sinocalamus affinis was larger in the earlier stage, and lesser in the late stage. The change ratio of diameter of Phyllostachys pubescens, as a whole, was larger a little than that of Sinocalamus affinis. The round bamboo, in general, wouldn't split because the diameter of round bamboo only occur very little change.
