摘要
拮抗链霉菌菌株F10对油茶炭疽病菌有良好的拮抗效果。为了进一步开发利用菌株F10,以油茶炭疽病菌为指标,研究了菌株F10对油茶炭疽病菌的抑菌机理。结果表明,菌株F10能影响菌丝正常生长和分生孢子的萌发,菌丝出现节间变短、变粗、扭曲变形、菌丝严重交联、细胞质聚集、外溢等现象;能分泌蛋白酶和纤维素酶影响油茶炭疽病菌的细胞壁;并对水稻、蚕豆、白菜种子的萌发有促生作用。
Antagonistic streptomyces strain FIO has good antagonistic activity to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. In order to development and utilization strain FIO, by taking the antimicrobial activity for C. gloeosporioides as the indicator, the inhibitory mechanism of strain F 10 to C. gloeosporioides has been studied. The results show that the strain F 10 could affect the growth of mycelia and conidia germination of C. gloeosporioides, resulting in shortening and thickening, twisting and deforming, serious cross linking the internode of mycelia, aggregating cytoplasmic and the leak of cytoplasm; the strain F 10 could secrete protease and cellulose to affect cell wall of C. gloeosporioides, and which could promote seed germination office, broad bean and Chinese cabbage
