The aesthetic education in China goes ups and downs, but generally it is spiral development and roughly advances for- ward in such stages as ＂Spring Period＂ ,＂ Anxious Period＂ ,＂ Recovery Period＂ and ＂Prosperous Period＂. At presem, in the pro- gress to build the aesthetic education system of China＇s universities, the following attention should be paid to. Keep a perspective of prospective to outstand the strategic consciousness of grand education, uphold the concept of Marxism aesthetic education with Chinese characteristics to remain a right orientation, keep a balance between the hardware and software to optimize the manage- ment system, and experiment on effective ways to find new practical teaching models.
