玉溪市红塔区MMT门诊近7年新入组吸毒人群行为学特征分析

目的通过对近7年红塔区美沙酮维持治疗（简称＂MMT＂）门诊新入组吸毒人群行为学进行分析,为有针对性地采取干预措施、评估提供科学依据。方法采集来自中国疾病预防控制信息系统中MMT门诊基线调查信息,分析软件为SPSS15.0。结果入组美沙酮维持治疗基线调查的1359人中,男性为主,占87.0%,年龄（35.6±5.9）岁,未婚42.7%,在婚45.9%;职业以待业/无业、农民为主,分别占43.6%、30.2%;历年行为学结果显示：新入组MMT的吸毒人群具有每月吸毒次数较多（70~90次/月）、性行为发生比例高63.6%~83.2%、安全套使用较低28.6%~34.2%等高危行为,但过去一个月发生共用注射器吸毒的比例较低,在2.5%~5.3%之间。结论新入组治疗的吸毒人群存在共用针具率低、安全套使用比例低、性行为普遍存在等高危行为,提示在他们中加大安全套的推广及使用,建立健全行为学监测、评估机制很有必要性。

Objective To understand the the Characteristic of behavior of among injecting drug users at MMT clinic Hongta of Yuxi and provide scientific evidence for the evaluation of effectiveness. Methods The baseline information is collected in system of China control and prevention disease, and its were analyzed by SPSS 15.0. Results There are 1359 IDUS in baseline of MMT, the proportion of male is 87.0%, the age is （35.6＋5.9）years , the proportion of unmarried is 42.7%, the married is 45.9%. The main occupational is population waiting for employment and farmer which are respectively 43.6% ,30.2%. The outputs of behavior which have many high risks among new IDUS in MMT clinic, such as： the times of drug and proportion of sex behaviors are all so high which are respectively 70-90 times/month,63.6%-83.2% ,and the rate of condom is low which is just only 28.6%-34.2%. The proportion of shared syringes in the last month is low which is just only 2.5%-5.3%. Conclusion The rate of condom and pro- portion of shared syringes are all low, and sex behavior is very universally, So, The condom should be used and popularized and perfect the system of monitoring and evaluation among new IDUS at the MMT clinic.
