腹腔镜与开腹远端胃癌根治术近期疗效对比观察

Laparoscopic versus open radical distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer:curative effect observation

目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹远端胃癌根治术近期疗效。方法选取在我院行远端胃癌根治术的94例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组行腹腔镜手术,对照组行开腹手术,比较治疗疗效。结果观察组术中出血量为(223.32±33.12)mL,对照组为(266.53±41.64)mL,观察组切口长度、术后排气时间、胃管拔除时间、进食时间、镇痛药使用例数、下床时间和住院时间明显少于对照组,免疫功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜用于远端胃癌根治术,可明显减少损伤,减轻患者的痛苦,术后恢复快。

Objective To study the laparoscopic and open distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer curative effect in the near future. Methods In my hospital distal gastrectomy for gastric cancer in 94 patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group treated with laparoscopic operation, the control group open operation, comparison of thera- peutic efficacy. Results Intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was（223.32_＋33.12）mL,of the control group was （266.53~41.64）mL,the observation group length of incision, postoperative exhaust time, gastrostomy tube removal time, eating time, analgesic use cases, ambulation time and length of hospital stay was significantly less than that in the control group, the im- mune function was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion laparoscopic radical surgery for distal gastric cancer, can significantly reduce the damage, relieve patients pain, faster postoperative recovery.
