探讨彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在泌尿系结石诊断中的应用价值。方法将2010年10月～2011年10月到我院就诊的100例泌尿结石诊患者分为两组,二维超声组和彩色多普勒超声组,进行检查二维超声和彩色多普勒超声检查,比较二者的检出率。结果 50例肾结石的患者二维超声检出率为88%,彩色多普勒超声组检出率达100%;30例位于第一狭窄及第三狭窄输尿管结石患者,二维超声与彩色多普勒超声检出率均为56.7%;20例患者结石位于第一狭窄与第三狭窄之间,彩色多普勒超声检出率可达70%,明显高于二维超声50%的检出率,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断泌尿结石方便、有效的手段。

Objective To explore the color Doppler ultrasound in urinary calculi diagnosis application value. Methods 2010October to 201 lOetober in our hospital,100 cases of urinary calculi patients were divided into two groups, two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound group, for inspection of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler uhrasonography, comparison of the two detection rate.
