多巴胺、硝普钠、托拉塞米注射液联用治疗顽固性心力衰竭

Treating Intractable Heart Failure with Combined Therapy of Dopamine,Sodium nitroprussiate and Torasemide injection

目的对多巴胺、硝普钠、托拉塞米注射液联合治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效进行评价。方法将98例顽固性心力衰竭患者分为对照组和治疗组各49例。对照组采取常规治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用多巴胺、硝普钠、托拉塞米注射液。结果治疗组有效率85.71%,对照组有效率61.22%。结论多巴胺、硝普钠、托拉塞米注射液联用治疗顽固性心力衰竭安全有效。

Objective To appraise the curative effect of treating intractable heart failure with combined therapy of dopamine, sodi- um nitroprussiate and torasemide injection. Methods We received and divided 98 patients with intractable heart failure in two groups： normal control group and therapeutic group. 49 patients in normal control group are treated with conventional therapy of digitalis drugs, furosemide, glyceryl trinitrate and etc. The other 49 patients in therapeutic group are combined with dopamine, sodium nitroprussiate and torasemide injection based on the conventional therapy. Results The efficiency of therapeutic group is 85.17%, and the efficiency of normal control group is 61.22%. Conclusion Combining dopamine, sodium nitroprussiate and torasemide injection to cure intractable heart failure is safe and effective.
