脑血管疾病患者的支架置入与康复治疗效果观察

目的分析用支架置入的方法治疗脑血管疾病的治疗效果,对其安全性,各种指标做出分析。方法对医院近期的脑血管疾病患者采用这种支架置入法进行联合康复治疗,观察每位患者的治疗状况和恢复情况并做出分析。结果在接受了支架置入治疗法后,5例患者完全治愈,14例有显著疗效的患者,7例效果较好的患者,2例没有任何好转,总有效率在90%左右。患者的生活能力、运动能力以及神经缺损程度均有明显好转。结论支架置入治疗法对于脑血管疾病有很大的疗效,是一个安全,有利于病人康复的治疗方法。

Objective Analyze the effects of stent placement in treatment of cerebral vascular disease. Methods Use this method to treat recent cerebral vascular disease patients combined with rehabilitation treatment, observe the treatment and recovery, and analyze the results. Results After receiving the stent therapy, 5 patients are complete cured, 14 have significant effect, and 7 have good effect, two have no effect. Overall, the treatment efficiency is about 90%, and the patients＇ life ability, motor ability, and neurologie deficits have greatly improved. Conclusion Stent therapy is greatly effective for eerebrovascular disease; also a safe, beneficial treatment to patient rehabilitation.
