摘要
为了解决纯电动汽车在高负荷工况下,因电池大电流放电而导致的产热率较高,造成电池组温度升高,进而影响电池的循环寿命和车辆续航里程的问题,通过计算机辅助分析与仿真,模拟了某型纯电动大客车在城市道路工况、高温气候条件下行驶的电池组温度分布,并对比使用热管理系统前后的电池组最高温度。优化后的热管理系统能在高温气候条件下让电池组在较佳的温度环境下工作,从而有利于提高电池循环寿命和车辆续航里程。
Under high load conditions the battery packs of the pure electric vehicle will have a high heat production rate with high-current discharge, causing the rapidly increasing temperature of the battery, and resulting in a reduction of the battery cycle life and vehicle endurance mileage. In order to solve the problem, the paper used computer-aided analysis and simulated the temperature distribution of the electric vehicle battery pack tbr urban road conditions and high temperature conditions. Comparing the maximum temperature of the battery pack with or without using the thermal management system, such a conclusion was obtained that with the optimized thermal management system, the battery pack can work in a better environment and the battery cycle life and endurance mileage can be improved.
