摘要
以企业实力和产品规划为基础,着重研究了在汽车整车制造企业产品规划中的整车开发项目前期策划。提出了一套比较务实、操作性强的整车开发项目策划流程,并介绍了具体的操作模式,可供其它整车制造企业特别是商用汽车制造企业在进行整车开发项目策划时借鉴参考。
Based on the strength of enterprises and the product schemes, the paper studied the pre-planning of a vehicle development project for auto manuthcturers. A series of procedures tbr vehicle development projects with better practicability and high maneuverability were proposed, and the paper also introduced the operation mode which can be referenced by manufacturers, especially by the commercial auto manu/hcturers.
