Discussion of Comprehensive Planning of Conservation and Utilization of Ecological Environmental Resources in Cities

城市生态环境保护问题是关系到城市系统健康、持续发展的首要问题。作者意在通过对城市生态环保综合规划所涉及的相关方面的分析，技术性地探讨城市建设中生态环境资源保护与发展规划的综合性特点，认为城市环保规划应与城市总体规划综合考虑，统筹安排，有机融合，此乃目前城市规划和建设发展所面临的首要任务。

The conservation of the urban ecological environmental resources in cities is an important problem connected with the healthy and sustainable development of urban system. These papers analyze the relative aspects dealing with the comprehensive planning of urban ecological environment protection, and discuss technologi-cally the multiple features of the ecological environmental conservation and development planning in the the city's comprehensive planning, the authors give some suggestion to the practices of the urban comprehensive environmental protection planning.
