摘要
为研究支柱绝缘子交流覆冰闪络特性,以110kV支柱绝缘子ZS-126/4为试品,在大型多功能人工气候实验室开展了试验研究。比较了固体涂层法(SLM)与覆冰水电导率法(IWCM)2种不同染污方式对其冰闪电压的影响,分析了覆冰水电导率、染污盐密、覆冰质量、覆冰密度对110kV支柱绝缘子ZS-126/4覆冰闪络特性的影响。研究结果表明,110kV支柱绝缘子ZS-126/4最低闪络电压与覆冰水电导率、染污盐密、覆冰质量、覆冰密度满足负幂指数函数关系,得到的拟合公式计算结果与试验结果的误差<10%。研究结果可为我国重覆冰地区变电站支柱绝缘配置和设计提供参考。
By measuring AC flashover characteristics of 110 kV ice-covered post insulator ZS-126/4 in the multifunctional artificial climate chamber of Chongqing University, we studied the icing flashover characteristics of the post insulator, compared the effects of two polluting methods, namely solid-layer method (SLM} and icing-water conductivity method (IWCM)), on icing flashover voltage of the post insulator, and analyzed the influences of icing- water conductivity, salt deposit densities, ice weight and ice density on icing flashover performance of specimen. Experimental results show that the relationships between the minimum flashover voltage and icing-water conductivity, salt deposit densities, ice weight, ice density can he expressed as negative exponential functions. The difference between the calculated results from the fitting functions and the tested results is less than 10%. The results offer some consultation for external insulation selection and designing of transmission lines in seriously icing regions.
