摘要
以KH550、环氧氯丙烷、IPDI、PEG、HEMA等制备了UV-潮气双重固化有机硅杂化聚氨酯。红外光谱(FT-IR)结果验证了所得为目标产物,并对其基本物理性能和固化工艺以及活性稀释剂的使用比例进行了研究,结果表明涂层经过45sUV和72h潮气后固化完全,且双重固化后的涂料比UV单固化的涂料在附着力、硬度和热稳定性上都有一定的提升。
A UV-moisture dual curable organic silicone/polyurethane hybrid resin was synthesized from 3-aminpro- pyltriethoxysilane AMEO (KH550), epiehlorohydrin, 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate ( IPDI), po- lyethylene glycol(PEG), 2-hydroxyethyl methaerylate (HEMA), which was characterized by Fourior-transform infrared spectroscopy, the results indicated that the required product was correctly prepared. Then the hybrid resin was used as oli- gomer to prepare dual curable coatings. The physical properties, curing process and the usage amount of reactive diluents were also investigated. The results showed that the resins were cured completely after irradiating with LTV light for 45s and 72h moisture curing, and the adhesion, the hardness and thermal stability of the dual curing coating were increased than the UV curing coating.
