摘要
以含氟丙烯酸酯为主要单体,合成了水溶性含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物,利用红外光谱对聚合物进行表征。研究了氟单体含量、丙烯酸含量、链转移剂含量等对石材防水性能的影响,并对石材防护剂进行性能测试,最后对石材表面进行SEM电镜分析。结果表明,当氟单体含量为75%、丙烯酸含量为10%、链转移剂含量为0.9%时,经聚合物处理过的石材具有优异的防水性能,此时其耐酸碱和耐污染的性能也达到较好效果。
The water-solubility fluoroacrylate copolymer was prepared from fluoroacrylate, and it was characterized by FTIR. The effect of the dosage of fluoro monomer, functional agent and chain--transfer was studied, and the properties of stone protective agent were tested. Finally, the stone surface was characterized by SEM. The results showed that the pro- tectived stone had excellent water-repellent properties, acid-resistance, alkali-resistance and contamination-resistance after treatment with the polymer when the fluorine monomer dosage was 75 %, functional monomer dosage was 1 %, chain trans- fer agent dosage was 0. 9%.
