2型糖尿病亚临床动脉粥样硬化与空腹C肽的关系

Relationship between subclinical atherosclerosis and basal C-peptide level in type 2 diabetic patients

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者亚临床动脉粥样硬化(As)与空腹C肽的关系。方法对80例2型糖尿病患者颈动脉进行检测,记录其颈动脉内膜中层厚度及有无斑块,并记录其一般情况及各项生化指标,进行统计学分析。结果亚临床AS组患者年龄大、糖化血红蛋白高、血清胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高、空腹C肽高;Logistic回归分析显示进入方程的是年龄、吸烟、糖化血红蛋白、空腹C肽、血清胆固醇。结论空腹C肽水平高是2型糖尿病患者亚临床动脉粥样硬化发生的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between subclinical atherosclerosis and basal C-peptide level in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods There were 80 T2DM patients checked arterials in carotid by ultrasonography. The intima-media thickness (IMT), basal C-peptide and other clinical values were collected and analyzed statistically. Results Patients in subclinical atherosclerosis group were older,whose FCP, HbAlc, cholesterol (CHOL), and LDL-C increased higher than patients in non subclinical atherosclerosis group, and the difference was statistically significant. Meanwhile the variance of Logistic regression were age, smoking, FCP, HbAle and CHOL. Conclusions Higher basal C- peptide level were risk factor of subclinical atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic mellitus patients.
