桥本氏甲状腺炎并发甲状腺癌49例的诊断和治疗
摘要
桥本氏甲状腺炎（Hashimoto’s disease，HD）又名慢性淋巴细胞甲状腺炎（chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis，CLT），是免疫相关性甲状腺炎中比较常见的类型，该病可并发甲状腺癌。1996年至2012年5月笔者共收治49例HD并发甲状腺癌患者，现将其诊治体会总结如下。
