摘要
目的观察护理措施对负压封闭引流治疗创伤性软组织缺损患者术后恢复的影响。方法创伤性软组织缺损创面,使用人工皮(PVA)覆盖负压封闭后给予有效的护理措施。结果除1例因糖尿病创面感染严重未完成最终治疗外,其余创面均愈合良好。结论控制创面感染,保证负压引流的通畅,预防人工皮受压是创面修复手术成功的保证。
Objective To observe the nursing measures of the suction closed drainage treatment in patients with traumatic tissue defect postoperative recovery. Methods Traumatic wound tissue defect, the use of artificial skin （PVA） cover closed to the effective after negative pressure nursing measures. Results In addition to 1 cases of severe diabetes wound infection is not complete final treatment outside, the rest are wound healed well. Conclusion Control wound infection and ensure the negative pressure drainage the unobstructed, prevent artificial skin surgery to repair the wound pressure is the guarantee of success.
