肺结核并发支气管扩张咯血临床治疗分析

The clinical tratment analysis of tuberculosis comp licated by bronchiectasis hemoptysis

目的探讨肺结核并发支气管扩张咯血临床治疗。方法研究选择该院2009年6月—2011年6月收治的肺结核并发支气管扩张咯血患者60例,随机分为两组,观察组30例采用化疗加垂体后叶素治疗,对照组30例单纯静滴垂体后叶素治疗,就两组临床结果进行回顾性分析。结果观察组30例中,有效止血29例,有效率为96.7%。对照组30例中,有效止血21例。有效率为70.0%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺结核合并支气管扩张咯血的患者病因进行明确诊断,并采取有效的措施进行预防和治疗,密切观察病情,行饮食指导,并进行有效隔离,应用止血药物,结合强化加巩固治疗,明显提高了临床效果,改善了患者生命质量。

Objective Explored the clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by bronchiectasis hemoptysis. Methods Study 60 cases of concurrent bronchiectasis hemoptysis patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from June 2009 to June 2011,randomly divided into two groups,retrospectively analyzed two groups’ clinical outcomes. Results Observation group of 30 cases,effective hemostasis in 29 cases,effective rate was 96.7%.Control group of 30 cases,effective hemostasis in 21 cases,effective rate was 70.0%.The difference was statistically signifycant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clear diagnosis of Pulmonary tuberculosis with bronchiectasis hemoptysis,and took effective measures for prevention and treatment,significantly improved clinical results and improved the life quality.
