护理持续质量改进对术后镇痛泵护理效果及满意度的影响

The effect of continues quality improvement to the result and satisfaction in the nursing of analgesia pump after operation

目的研究护理持续质量改进对术后镇痛泵护理效果及满意度的影响。方法 2010年6月—2011年6月该院术后使用镇痛泵患者180例纳入研究,患者按照接受的护理模式分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受常规护理模式,观察组患者接受持续质量改进的护理模式,比较两组患者的术后疼痛、术后并发症以及患者对护理的满意度。结果两组患者的术后疼痛差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后并发症和护理满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理质量持续改进可提高术后镇痛泵护理的效果和满意度,值得临床推荐。

Objective To study the effect of continues quality improvement to the result and satisfaction in the nursing of analgesia pump after operation. Methods 180 patients, who used analgesia pump in post-operative analgesia in June, 2010June, 2011, were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing patterns. Cases in control group received traditional nursing, while cases in observation group received nursing of continues quality improvement. The pain after operation, complications after operation and satisfaction in the nursing of analgesia pump after operation were compared. Results There were no significant difference in the pain after operation in both groups （P〉0.05）, and there were significant difference in complications after operation and satisfaction in the nursing of analgesia pump after operation （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing of continues quality improvement can improve the result and satisfaction in the nursing of analgesia pump after operation, worthy to be recommended in the clinic.
