4种腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架老化特性的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对4种不同品牌的腔内隔绝术用覆膜支架(SG),在临床使用后表现出的不同程度和不同类型等老化现象,从组成SG的织物覆膜、金属支架及其缝合线等3个方面,以及织物覆膜的表观性能、纺织结构性能和力学性能等3个层次,分析比较了4种SG各自的结构特点和性能优势。研究表明,较低的纬向紧度(55.09%)易引起经纱滑移,而较高的织物紧度(114.55%)可保证织物组织结构的稳定性。同时金属支架和织物覆膜的缝合方式也在一定程度上影响了SG整体稳定性。通过比较4种SG老化特性,得出了SG优化结构,建议织物覆膜采用复丝纱线,纬向单纤维拉伸性能较好的纱线会提升SG力学稳定性;金属支架采用"Z"形环状支架较菱形网状支架更有利于发挥支撑作用。研究结果提示了建立预测SG老化性能的体外疲劳模拟系统的必要性。
