摘要
目的:探讨马铃薯片外敷防治兔静脉炎的作用机制。方法:将36只健康日本大耳兔随机分成模型组、硫酸镁组和马铃薯组。采用1.0 mg/kg(20 mL 0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释)长春瑞滨溶液静脉输注制备实验性静脉炎模型。硫酸镁组和马铃薯组于输液结束后5 min之内分别给予33%硫酸镁湿敷和马铃薯片外敷。分别于输液后1、3、7 d取兔耳缘静脉组织标本,观察细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:输入长春瑞滨后1、3和7 d,ICAM-1和VEGF三组均有一定程度的升高。马铃薯组的ICAM-1的表达量为44.9%、37.1%和27.1%,分别低于模型组的54.8%、48.9%和41.0%(均P<0.05)。马铃薯组VEGF表达量在1 d时低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:采用马铃薯贴敷可防治长春瑞滨引起的静脉炎,其防治静脉炎的作用机制可能与其抑制ICAM-1和VEGF的升高有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of potato slice dressing in the prevention and treatment of rabbits with phlebitis. Methods: A total of 36 large-eared Japanese rabbits were randomly and equally divided into model group, 33% magnesium sulfate solution dressing group,and potato dressing group. The animal model of experimental phlbeitis was established by intravenously 20 mL:1.0 mg/kg vinorelbine infusion. Immunohistological examination was used to detect expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) of rabbit auricular vein at 1, 3 and 7 days after the infusion. Results: The expressions of ICAM-1 and VEGF were increased in three groups to a certain degree. The expressions of ICAM-1 in potato dressing group were 4.9%, 37.1% and 27.1%, significantly less than 54.8%, 48.9%和41.0% in model group at 1, 3 and 7 days (P〈0.05); the expressions of VEGF were significantly less than that of model group only at 1 day (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Potato dressing can prevent and cure vinorelbine induced phlebitis. The mechanism of it possibly is that potatot dressing can inhibit the expressions of ICAM- 1 and VEGF.
