急性期脑出血神经损伤机制的研究进展 被引量：17

摘要 脑出血（intracerebral hemorrhage，ICH）是神经内科的一种常见病与多发病，系指非外伤性脑实质内出血，具有较高的病死率及致残率。ICH急性期脑组织发生一系列的病理生理学变化，包括原发性损伤如血肿机械压迫、血肿增大，继发性损伤如血红蛋白毒性作用、凝血酶释放、局部脑组织血流量减少、炎性反应等。
