皮带机中滚筒筒体修复技术及使用效果

随着现代化大型煤矿矿井的发展,皮带输送机作为一种输送设备广泛应用于矿山、港口、火力发电厂及建材等行业,是应用最广泛的输送设备之一。由于煤矿井下环境潮湿,皮带机在井下使用时,容易锈蚀,加之煤尘、煤泥浸蚀造成滚筒表面磨坏或破裂,导致滚筒使用周期缩短。本文针对这一现象,对滚筒进行修复,提高滚筒的使用寿命,节省材料,降低矿井生产成本。
