摘要
高校组建大学生就业服务志愿者队伍能提高他们自我管理能力,缓解就业指导教师工作负荷,搭建沟通交流平台,促进双向选择。加强这支队伍建设,要确立共同愿景,规范运作方式,创新工作内容,激发工作热情,优化队伍结构,保持队伍规模,完善考评机制,加大宣传力度,提高志愿服务的社会效益。
Self-management abilities could be improved in colleges by constructing volunteer ranks for employment serv- ice which may relief the burden of employment tutors, put up a platform of communication and interchange, and promote divergent selection. In order to enhance the construction of volunteer ranks, it should be done to establish common goals, standardize operation modes, innovate working contents, stimulate work enthusiasm, optimize rank structure, keep rank scale, develop assessing system, enlarge propaganda work and increase social value of volunteering service.
