根据马斯洛需要层次理论分析,研究生突出性需要矛盾主要是个人经济能力有限与满足自身基本需求、情感困惑与情感需求、学业就业压力与自我期望之间的矛盾。要注重人文关怀,充分发挥多种平台作用,努力满足他们的基本生活、社交和尊重等需要。

According to Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory, the obvious contradictions of the postgraduates are their limited economic ability and the satisfaction of self basic needs, emotional confusion and emotional needs, pressure from learning and employment and self expectation. We should attach importance to humanistic concern, give full play to various means, make efforts to meet their basic needs of life, social communication and respect, etc.
