摘要 首先对当前制造企业生产运作面临的基本问题进行讨论,通过对企业资源计划(ERP)和准时生产进行简要论述,思考分析制造企业生产运作战略的选择。 The paper discusses the basic issues faced by manufacturing enterprises,and analyzes the selection of production operation strategies of manufacturing enterprises through the discussion on Enterprise Resource Planning（ERP） and Just-in-Time（JIT）.
