摘要
本文针对河南省食品工业发展现状及对食品类专业人才的实际需求情况,分析了目前高职食品类专业课程设置存在的问题,提出了高职食品类专业课程设置改革过程中,必须以市场需求为导向,从企业实际情况出发,科学、合理的安排课程内容。
This article based on the present situation of food industry of Henan province and the requirement for food professionals, analyzed the existing problems of subject-design in higher vocational college. Finally we put forward some curriculum reform measures which must suit for market demand and the actual situation of enterprtses.
