摘要
在仿形刀架数学模型的基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立了其控制系统的仿真模型,绘制了开环系统的Bode图及4种典型信号作用下的仿真曲线.为液压仿形刀架设计参数的选择和性能的研究提供了理论依据,对保证加工质量具有一定的指导意义.
Based on the mathematical model of profiling tool rest, a simulation model of the control system was built by Matlab/Simulink. And the Bode plot of open loop system and simulation curves under four typi-cal signals were created, which are helpful for the choice of hydraulic profile modeling tool and provide a theoretical basis for the performance studying.
