用于储层保护的钻井液体系研究——以大港油田扣49区块为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对大港油田扣49区块的储层特征研究,分析了储层损害的潜在因素。研制出了一套代号为JHM的无黏土相钻井液体系配方,全面评价了该钻井液体系的失水性、流变性、热稳定性、抑制性、生物毒性、暂堵效果等,并与该区块原使用的钻井液体系进行了对比试验。结果表明,JHM无黏土相钻井液体系具有良好的常规性能,抑制性强,保护油气层效果好,具有一定的推广应用价值。 By studying the reservoir characteristics of Block Kou 49 in Dagang Oilfield,the potential element of formation damage was analyzed.A set of drilling fluid formulae for clay free JHM were developed.A comprehensive evaluation was carried out for its fluid loss property,rheological property,heat stability,fluid inhibition,biological toxicity,temporary blocking effect and so on,and it was contrasted with the originally used drilling fluid.The results show that JHM has good conventional performance and stronger inhibition,better formation protection,it is of certain value of application and popularization.
