通过对前三门地区高层住宅现状的调查,了解居民的改造意愿,得出其中存在的主要问题,提出改造的必要性。
Based on the investigation on the current situation of Qiansanmen area high-rise residential and the analysis of the residents＇ willingness, the author obtains the principle problems of Qiansanmen area high-rise residential and puts forward the necessity of rehabilitation.
