龋病微创疗法 被引量:1

摘要 龋病是人类最常见的口腔疾病。使用高速旋转切削工具进行机械磨除和材料充填的方法一直是牙医遵循的传统疗法,包括彻底去除病变牙体组织并做预防性扩展。这一概念由Black介绍推广,影响超过120年。最近,保守牙科学即"微创牙科"治疗模式逐渐得到认可和普及。这一治疗理念,旨在最大限度保存健康牙体组织结构,尽量减少患者的痛苦,达到生物治疗的效果。临床研究显示:微创去腐及洞型预备技术、渗透树脂技术、再矿化疗法和窝沟封闭等技术治疗龋病具有非常好的疗效。本综述拟对微创疗法治疗龋病的疗效情况做一总结。
