摘要
采用两步法染色腈纶/尼龙/粘胶混纺织物,腈纶和尼龙采用阳离子染料和弱酸性染料同浴染色,加入防沉淀剂CA 0.5%,控制染浴pH值在3～4,40℃起染,控制升温速率在0.5～1℃/min;还原清洗后,采用活性染料浸染粘胶纤维;最后采用固色剂ZG-140 2%～4%对尼龙固色,pH值4～5。经该工艺染色的腈纶/尼龙/粘胶织物同色效果理想,织物得色均匀、饱满。
Two-step dyeing process of acrylic/nylon/viscose blended fabric is introduced. Acrylic/nylon is dyed with cationic dyes and weak acid dyes in one bath, with anti-sedimentating agent CA 0.5%, pH value of dye bath 3 -4, initial dyeing tem- perature 40℃ and heating rate 0.5 - 1 ℃/min, viscose fiber is dyed with reactive dyes and exhaustion process is carried out, nylon fixation is carried out with fixing agent ZG-140 2% -4% and pH value 4-5. With this process, the dyeings feature good evenness and full color.
