摘要
目的:观察玻璃酸钠注射液联合奇正青鹏膏剂治疗对膝关节炎的治疗效果,探讨新的治疗途径。方法:选取60例膝骨性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表将其随机分到对照组和治疗组,对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射液常规治疗,治疗组给予玻璃酸钠注射液和奇正青鹏膏剂联合治疗,在试验前后对2组进行膝关节疼痛评估和膝关节功能评估,比较2组治疗效果。结果:治疗组的膝关节疼痛评分的改善值优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组的膝关节功能改善也优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:玻璃酸钠注射液联合奇正青鹏膏剂治疗对改善膝骨关节炎有更好的效果。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of combined use of sodium hyaluronate and Qizheng Qingpeng pasty in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,to explore new therapeutic approach.METHODS A total of 60 patients fulfilling criteria for knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to two groups： the control group receiving sodium hyaluronate alone,the experimental group were assigned to combined use of Qizheng Qingpeng pasty and sodium hyaluronate.The 20 meters walk pain and knee functions were assessed in both groups before and after the treatment,two groups’ effects were compared.RESULTS Significant improvement was observed in 20 meters walk pain and knee functions in patients of experimental group compared with control group（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The sodium hyaluronate combined with Qizheng Qingpeng pasty are more effective than sodium hyaluronate alone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and worthy of promotion in the clinical.
