陕北饮食文化开发浅析

由于历史和地理的原因,陕北饮食文化资源不仅保存得比较完整,历史悠久,而且特点鲜明,绚丽多彩。但是,由于受到外来文化和现代元素的冲击,陕北传统饮食文化竞争力正在丧失。本文对陕北饮食文化资源开发进行了分析,展示其资源的独特性和丰富性,使人们认识到陕北饮食文化的魅力与优势,并通过对陕北饮食文化开发中所存在问题的分析,提出相应的开发对策。

Due to historical and geographical reasons, the cooking cultural resources in northern Shaanxi not only have been maintained completely with a long history, but also have distinct and colorful characteristics. However, due to the shocks of foreign cultures and modern elements, the traditional diet culture appears uncompetitive. This paper analyzes the development of the diet cultural resources in Yan＇ an to show its uniqueness and abundance and make people realize its advantages and charms. It also proposes relevant suggestions and solutions through analyses and researches of existing problems during development of Yan＇an diet culture.
