摘要
为研究非均质多孔介质的渗透特性,以高温合金粉末烧结多孔介质为实验基体,分别以纯净的空气、水和乙醇作为流通介质,实验研究流体穿过多孔介质平板的驱动力与其运动特性之间的关系,分析非均质多孔介质在单相流状态下的渗透特性,并重点展示和研究了几种非达西现象。气体实验结果展示了两种明显的非达西现象:低流速前达西区(pre-Darcy)和高流速惯性阻力区(non-Darcy);液体实验结果展示了瞬态的非达西现象,即:液体穿透基体的瞬间需要一个驱动力峰值,而当液体穿过基体这一峰值立刻消失;不同液体与微孔固体壁面的粘性作用不同,可能导致高粘性流体所需驱动力反而小于低粘性流体。通过经典渗透率公式拟合实验数据的偏差分析,提出完善达西公式的建议。
In order to investigate the penetration performances of heterogeneous porous media, an alloy powder sintered plate was used as experimental model. The relationships of the mass flow rate of different fluids with the corresponding driving force were measured in this experiment. The fluids were single phase alcohol, pure water and air. Through the experimental data, the following non-Darcy phenomena were discovered and discussed, the gaseous experiment exhibits two non-Darcy phenomena when the fluid passes through the porous plate with a very low speed (pre-Darcy region) and with a very high speed (in- ertial resistance region) ~ the liquid experiments show a transient non-Darcy phenomenon, i.e. at the mo- ment of liquid passing through the pores, a pressure peak value appears, but once the liquid passes over the pores, this peak value disappears immediately~ the interaction between the molecules of the liquid and solid wall leads to reduce effective area of fluid flow. Furthermore, a perfect Darcy's equation was su- ggested considering the transient pressure, pre-force to open all pores and viscosity interaction between fluid and solid wall.
