摘要
通过在不同工况、不同夹角情况下对相同型号配对和不同型号交叉配对的人工膝关节的对比接触分析,研究了这两种配对之间的应力关系。结果表明,不同型号交叉配对的人工膝关节的最大等效应力均大于相同型号配对的人工膝关节的最大等效应力,在双腿站立、平地行走两种工况下,当夹角为10°时,应力增幅达到了最大,分别为64.6%、18.3%;在上楼梯工况下,当夹角为20°时,应力增幅达到了最大,为17.6%;可以看出,随着不同工况受力的增大,最大等效应力增幅逐渐回落。
The stress relationship between two pairings was studied through contrastive contact analysis between the artifical knee of the same pairing and the one of the crossed pairing in different angles and conditions. The result shows that the maximal equivalent stresses of the artifical knee of the crossed pai- ring are more than those of the artifical knee of the same pairing. The stress growths are the largest in an- gle of 10° in conditions of standing with two legs, walking on the flat ground and in angle of 20° in condition of climbing the stairs, they are 64.6%, 18.3% and 17.6% respectively. The maximal equivalent stress growth gradually decreases with the force increase in different conditions.
