摘要
利用Discover微波精确有机合成系统及其单模聚焦微波辐射技术、空压气体同步冷却技术对丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和有机蒙脱土(OMMT)的水溶液聚合反应进行了研究,合成了P(AA-AM)/OMMT高吸水性树脂,并在Discover微波精确有机合成系统的标准模式下,探讨了AA中和度、微波辐射时间和功率、交联剂用量、引发剂用量和蒙脱土用量对树脂吸液倍率的影响。结果表明,当微波辐射功率为150 W,辐射时间为60s,AA中和度为75%,AA/AM/OMMT质量比为10.0/2.5/0.8,交联剂用量为0.02%,引发剂用量为0.7%时,合成的高吸水性树脂吸水倍率可达1520g/g,在质量分数为0.9%的食盐水中吸液倍率达165g/g。
Based on single-mode focusing microwave radiation and synchronized pneumatic gas cooling technologies, an aqueous solution polymerization of acrylic acid, acrylamide, and montmorillonite was carried out in a precision microwave Organic synthesis system, and a super absorbent resin was obtained. Using the standard mode of the Discover precision microwave organic synthesis system, the factors that influence on liquid absorbency rate of the super absorbent resin were studied, including neutralization degree of AA, microwave irradiation time, microwave power, crosslinking agent dosage, initiator dosage and montmorillonite dosage. When microwave irradiation power was 150 W, radiation time was 60 s, neutralization degree was 75 %, mass ratios of m(AA) : re(AM) : m(OMMT) equal to 10. 0 : 2. 5 : 0. 8, contents of crosslinking agent and initiator were 0. 02 % and 0. 7 %, the obtained P(AA-AM)/ montmorillonite possessed water- absorbing abilities of 1520 g/g: for pure water and 165 g/g for 0. 9 G NaC1 solution, respectively.
