从“三要素”解析民族地区职业教育的“吸引力” 被引量:5

摘要 民族地区职业教育不仅对资源合理配置、促进经济改革与发展具有重要意义,而且是对普通教育的一种有效补偿。然而,目前民族地区职业教育"吸引力"却令人堪忧,这在学习者、教育者和教育措施等职业教育的三要素方面均有鲜明表现。为进一步增强民族地区职业教育的吸引力,也应从这三要素入手,具体措施是需要加强对学生特点的研究,建立职业教育内外衔接通道;提升职业教育教师待遇,吸引更多优秀人才到职业教育机构任教,创立适应民族地区特点的"双师型"职业教育师资培养培训制度;优化教育措施,整合教育资源,发挥其整体功能。 Vocational education of minority regions is not only important for reasonably allocating resources as well as promoting economic reform and development, but also is effective compensation for general education. However, the present situation of its attractiveness is worrying, which embodied in three key factors of vocational education clearly, those are learner, educator and educational measure. In order to further enhance the attractiveness of vocational education of minority regions, some measures should be taken starting from three key factors: enhance the study on students' characteristics and establish the channel linking the inside and outside of vocational education; raise the treatment for vocational teachers, attract more talents to teach in vocational education institutions and establish the cultivation and training system for "dual-qualification" vocational education teachers adapting to the characteristics of minority regions; optimize educational measures, integrate resources and play their overall functionality.
