高职教育实施第三方评价的主要问题与改进策略

Study on Main Problems and Improvement Strategy of Implementing the Third Party Evaluation in Higher Vocational Education

高职教育实施第三方评价有利于推进人才培养模式改革,提高人才培养质量;创新评价观念,促进高职教育教学改革;增强办学特色,提升高职教育吸引力;完善质量评价机制,提升质量评价功能。目前,推进第三方评价过程中还存在评价目标模糊、评价主体缺失、评价方式单一、评价过程简单和评价心理定势等问题,可通过加强基础理论研究、推进校企深度合作、加快评价制度建设、注重评价过程管理和构建评价预警机制等措施来解决。

Implementing the third party evaluation in higher vocational education is in favor of promoting the reform of talents cultivation mode and raising the quality of talents cultivation, innovating evaluation views and boosting its education and teaching reform, strengthening school-running characteristics and improving its attraction, as well as optimizing quality evaluation mechanism and increasing quality evaluation function. At present, some problems exist in the process of implementing the third party evaluation, such as unclear evaluation objective, lack of evaluation subject, single evaluation mode, simple evaluation process, etc. Some measures can be launched to address these problems： strengthen fundamental research, promote deep school-enterprise cooperation, accelerate the construction of evaluation system, emphasize evaluation process management and establish the early-warning evaluation mechanism, etc.
