摘要
何清儒提倡职业教育是着重于职业生活的一种类型的教育,应具有一定的高低层次,其功能在于使职业生活与人生更加圆满;职业教育课程设置应突出实用性,彰显职业教育的本质属性;职业教育教材采用职业工作分析的方法编制;职业教育教学采用通过个人分析的因材施教及与实际工作相符的教学方法。何清儒的这些职业教育思想对我国当今的职业教育发展具有着重要的启示与借鉴意义。
He Qingru advocated that vocational education is a kind of education that cares for the occupational life of people, it should have different levels from low to high, and its function is to enrich the occupation life of people; the curriculum setup of vocational education should stand out practicality, and manifest the essence of vocational education; the compilation of teaching materials should adopt the method of occupational working analysis, and adopt the teaching method of teaching students in accordance of their aptitudes and adaptable to practical work. He also put forward complete theoretical system for teaching staff development. All the vocational education thought of He Qingru has significant reference meanings to the development of vocational education today.
