摘要
体验是在对事物的真切感受和深刻理解的基础上,对事物产生情感、生成意义的活动;体验作为一种教育模式对农民公民精神的养成具有传统知性教育和理性教育所无法比拟的价值体验和生活化的现实感;在村民自治实践中,通过完善参与机制,拓展体验渠道,促成利益满足与权责行为的关联性,增加效能感;加强教育引导,促成效能感向认同感转化,进而促进农民公民精神的养成。
Experience is an activity of emotions and meaning on the basis of deep understanding and true feelings. As an edu- cational model, experience has unmatched value of experience and sense of reality of life by traditional knowledge education and ration- al education for peasant cultivation of civic spirit. In the practice of villagers "autonomy, efficiency has been increased by bringing a- bout relevance of the interests and responsibilities by expanding experience channels and mechanism, transformation has been promoted from efficacy to the identity by strengthening education. Thereby we could promote the cultivation of peasants civic spirit.
